1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Underwear or other hygiene-sensitive products
- Custom or personalized items
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item(s) if applicable
We will resolve the issue promptly.
